Immanuel Lutheran School Immanuel Lutheran School serves children 18 months to Kindergarten and has been part of the Heights community since 1927.

Immanuel Lutheran School was established in 1927 and is a ministry of Immanuel Lutheran Church. We are accredited by the Lutheran School Accreditation Commission (LSAC) which is a division of the Texas Private School Accreditation Commission (TEPSAC). The mission of our school is to promote and sustain the new life in Christ – to provide opportunities for academic excellence and to instill Christi

an values. The children enrolled in our school represent many different Christian denominations and all denominations are welcome and invited to apply for admission. Bible Stories and devotional time are held daily, with Chapel on Wednesday mornings. The Christian faith is integrated into each subject area as well as the day-to-day life of each student. We offer 2 day, 3 day and 5 day programs and before and after school care. We pray that our Lord will bless our efforts as together we seek to raise children so that they will grow both in stature and wisdom, and be loved by God and man.

🎶 Making music in Preschool! 🥁

Our Preschoolers had so much fun with Ms. Mueller exploring beat and rhythm through rhythm sticks, the drum, and plenty of singing! Music class gives our students a chance to listen, move, create, and learn together while having a whole lot of fun. 🎵💛

In Christ, we have every reason to rejoice! He has forgiven us, made us His own, and surrounds us with His grace each and every day.

Chapel is BACK! 🎶💙💛

Today, Pastor Pacey reminded us that God created EVERYTHING! 🌎☀️🌳🐘🐠 And He created us, loves us, and wants us to share our whole lives with Him.

What a joyful way to begin our first chapel of the school year, with little voices singing BIG praises to the God who made it all!

A new school year means the return of one of our favorite parts of the week — Chapel! 💙💛

This week, our students will gather together again to hear God’s Word, sing His praises, and grow in faith alongside their teachers and friends. What a gift it is to begin another school year centered on Christ and to teach even our youngest students the joy of worshiping together.

We can’t wait to fill the sanctuary with little voices praising the Lord again!

And just like that, our 99th school year is underway! We loved having all our students back on campus today. Students were making new friends, exploring classrooms, and settling into a brand-new year.

Our campus is buzzing once again, and we are SO excited to welcome our students and families back to Immanuel! 💙💛

As we begin this new school year together, we’re holding close our Bible verse for the year:

“The Lord is my helper; I will not fear; what can man do to me?” — Hebrews 13:6

New classrooms. New friends. New adventures. And through every moment, we have the greatest assurance of all: Jesus is our helper! He goes before us, walks beside us, and holds us securely in His care.

School starts Wednesday! 💙💛

For nearly 100 years, God has blessed Immanuel with the immeasurable privilege of serving children and families and, above all, sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ. As we welcome another generation through our doors, we give thanks for the gift of faith and the opportunity to point these little ones to their Savior each day.

From the generations who came before us to the generations still to come, the Gospel remains the same.

“For by grace you have been saved through faith…it is the gift of God.”
