PATH Project

PATH Project PATH is a grant project of Partners Resource Network, Inc., one of four federally funded Parent Trai

Our mission is to empower and support Texas families & individuals impacted by disabilities or special health care needs.

09/02/2026

For 40 years, we’ve walked alongside families of kids with disabilities—a journey of growth, learning, and connection.

And along the way, the families we serve have shaped us, too… bringing us together as one strong, caring community.

As we look ahead, our commitment remains: to inform, support, empower, and partner with families as they navigate what comes next.
