We’ve had an amazing day today! The Beginning Band, Concert Band, and Symphonic Band all received 1st Division Ratings at the Bluebonnet Classic Music Festival in San Antonio! All three bands also received the Outstanding Performance Award! But what I’m most proud of is the students’ class and excellent behavior all day! Congratulations on another very successful trip Gator Band!

On the road again! The Beginning Band, Concert Band, and Symphonic Band are performing at the Bluebonnet Classic Music Festival in San Antonio! Then we’re off to some fun in the sun at Six Flags Fiesta Texas!

Congratulations to the Tanglewood Middle School Symphonic Band on their fantastic performance at UIL Contest! The band earned a 1st Division Superior Rating for their stage performance! Way to go Gators!!!

While walking to breakfast we saw the Today Show on air! Then we took a tour of the incredible Radio City Music Hall!

Another great day in NYC! The Tanglewood Middle School Band had Breakfast at Planet Hollywood, a rehearsal at the Millennium Broadway Times Square Hotel, a visit to the 9/11 Memorial Museum, dinner at Johnnie’s Pizzeria, and a broadway show to see Phantom of the Opera!
