As Women’s History Month comes to a close, we’re celebrating the strength and resilience of the Everman High School Women’s Basketball Team, champions both on and off the court in prioritizing their mental health.
Mind Over Matter Campaign — we’re providing resources to help female athletes recognize mental health challenges, manage stress and academic pressure. We want to normalize these important conversations among young girls. By embracing mindfulness, self-care, and stress management, we’re building stronger, more resilient Female athletes that support one another.
