Now this a game changer - I used to line my countertop & table with wax paper but this is so much better and stays in place. Put a length of “Press ‘n Seal” to cover your counter, along with a second overlapping section. After your Marathon Baking it makes cleanup a breeze. Simply roll it up and toss it! 🎄

Looking for an amazing recipe this holiday season, we’ll look no more. These are so flakey & delicious I know you’ll make them many times. Better than the crumble cookie at Costco. I took them to a Christmas party and after one bite was hoping nobody ate the rest so I could take them home - really, they are that good. Thank me later🎄 I’m Making a triple batch using raspberry, blackberry and orange marmalade this weekend.

Berry Crumble Cookies (better than Costco)
Yields 12 cookies or 24 small cookies

1 C Butter (salted or unsalted doesn’t matter) softened
1/3 C Powdered Sugar
1/4 C Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Almond Extract plus 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 1/4 C Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4-1/2 C Berry Jam ( Blueberry, Raspberry, Strawberry, or
Cherry Filling etc)
Preheat oven to 350. Spray the sides and bottom of a regular muffin tin, or mini muffin baking tins.
The Crust & Topping are the same mixture used two ways. Beat butter, sugar and flavorings for 2 minutes until light and fluffy. Add flour until just combined - DO NOT OVER MIX or cookies will be tough.
Press 2-3 T of dough into each muffin well and press into bottom and slightly up the sides. Do not press to hard or cookies will not be flakey.
Drop 1-2 T of jam into each well and top with the remainder of the crumb mixture.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan completely then use a butter knife the loosen the sides to remove. (No need to flour these tins).
I used stiff royal icing to make the Christmas trees and wreaths.
Store in a covered container for a week or freeze for 1-2 months if they last that long.

Note: I haven’t made them in the smaller pan so I would assume the baking time might be anywhere from 8-10 minutes. I didn’t use cupcake paper liners as they are not necessary.

Homemade decorating bag grippers made from shelf liner. Just make a triangle & sew it & cut the tip off so your bag goes through easily. Saves your hands & makes it easier to control your grip even with stiff royal icing.
