ALERT FOR HISD FAMILIES AND STAFF: Due to local weather and road conditions, HISD will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, January 16. Schools and offices will reopen at the usual time on Wednesday, January 17.

HISD is aware that cold weather is expected over the weekend and into early next week. The District is closed for the MLK holiday on Monday. We will continue to monitor conditions but anticipate school will take place as usual on Tuesday. Follow our channels to stay informed.

As we prepare to say our final see you later to our 5th graders, we need your support. We would love for all our boys and girls to look the same. With that being said, we are asking for NEW or GENTLY WORN white dresses and white dress shirts and even a tie for our boys and girls. Please help us send our 5th graders out in style.
