Today, we are proud to recognize Houston legend and icon Paul Wall by awarding the People’s Champ Scholarship through NWEC. This scholarship provides up to $180,000 in scholarship opportunities for students enrolling in NWEC’s Barber, Cosmetology, Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Technician, and Construction Technician programs.
