Join us for another Saturday of wellness with our Sound Bath at our campus from 1-2:30p. Hosted by Dr. Charlie Trinh, an alumni from the school. The sound bowl and meditative music will help you relax and tune in to your body’s self regenerative abilities.

We're excited to introduce 2 new classes to our Weekend Wellness Classes for the community! Yoga Chi and Chair Yoga in April and May! Come and enjoy some movement meditations!
Yoga Chi: Join us for a harmonizing 90-minute stretch and flow experience. The first half of class (40 min) will begin with building focus and centering the body through Qi Gong breath work, followed by circular shifting Tai Chi movements to help increase energy circulation, strengthen balance, and enhance mind-body coordination. After a short intermission/break (5/10min), we will spend the last 40 minutes practicing a soothing yoga flow, concluding with floor stretching, and restorative poses.
Chair Yoga: This gentle and accessible Chair Yoga class is designed to support relaxation, mobility, and overall well-being. Using the stability of a chair, students are guided through mindful movement, breathwork, and simple stretches that help reduce tension, improve circulation, and enhance balance. Rooted in the principles of mind-body awareness, this practice is ideal for all levels, including those recovering from injury, managing stress, or seeking a supportive introduction to yoga. Participants will leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected within.
