CLEANING: 150. for basic clean (up to 4 hrs) using your equipment and supplies. *Please provide lightweight vacuum, some kind of bathroom cleaner with bleach, paper towels or microfiber cloths, lightweight (microfiber washable pad-type) mop (not swifter) and your choice of cleaner or see below for charges
*additional $25. week of a major holiday
*does not include laundry/bed ch

What is a concierge
*Pet sitting 17. - 25. per trip- dog, 15. -20. per trip-cat
*Vacation check 20. and up
(*distance of travel and description of visit adjusts the rate on case by case basis)
*Childcare 15. per hr (+5. each additional child is possible) *distance charge out of area additional, does not include child transport (additional fee applies), clean up after sitter and child during sitting appointment included, additional cleaning and chores additional fee applies
*concierge services 15. and up (errands, people or pet transport, wait at client home for repair man/delivery, etc.)
