Bauer Honors The Bauer Business Honors Program is a specialized program for business majors and minors through the Bauer College and Honors College at UH.

Bauer Honors' unique blend of liberal arts and business curriculum attracts top students from across the globe. As a Bauer Honors student you’ll participate in small class discussions, network with business leaders, and have ample opportunities to develop close relationships with your professors and fellow classmates. Our Bauer Honors faculty and staff are here to help you achieve your college and

career goals. With personalized academic advising, a strong Business Honors curriculum and numerous opportunities for research and professional development, Bauer Honors will help you succeed. Bauer Honors graduates include CEOs and executives that are making a mark in the business world. With an active alumni organization just for Bauer Honors graduates, our alumni continue to support the Bauer Honors community of students, alumni, and friends.

Jando is a Junior, majoring in Finance & Accounting, graduating in Fall 2026. From serving as the President of Bayou Capital Group, to being a Bauer Honors Mentor, Jando is truly making an impact at UH.

William is a Sophomore, majoring in Accounting, graduating in Spring 2028. From being an active member in BHSAB to an Everette Gardner Scholar, William is truly representing Bauer Honors.

His favorite Bauer Honors memory? “My favorite Bauer Honors memory is going to eat with my mentor group at Dave’s Hot Chicken after volunteering at the Houston Food Bank!”
