The counselors led a Coping Skills Fair, providing students with an engaging and interactive opportunity to explore a variety of healthy coping strategies. Students rotated through different stations where they learned and practiced ways to manage their emotions, reduce stress, and calm their bodies and minds. Activities included using fidgets, practicing positive affirmations, participating in movement and exercise, exploring books, coloring, and completing other calming activities. The fair encouraged students to discover coping skills that work best for them and reinforced the importance of making healthy choices when experiencing big emotions, stress, or frustration.
