Dear Briarwood Seniors,
Today, we celebrate you. 🎓
The Class of 2026 has left a lasting mark on our community through resilience, growth, leadership, and the courage to be uniquely yourselves. The milestones you’ve reached and the growth you’ve shown have helped shape the incredible individuals you are today.
As you walk across the stage tonight, remember that your journey does not end here. The lessons you’ve learned, the friendships you’ve built, and the confidence you’ve discovered at Briarwood will go with you wherever life leads next.
Congratulations, Class of 2026! We cannot wait to see all that you accomplish in the chapters ahead. Once a Mustang, always a Mustang. 💙✨

Summer may be right around the corner, but we’re still stacking up new skills in 7th Grade Science. 🧪🥔 Students took on a STEM challenge to create a ring using only Pringles chips, putting their creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to the test in Mrs. Gibney's class.
No matter where life takes them next, they’ll always have a home here. 💙🎓
Heading into graduation week, we’re celebrating the journeys, memories, and next chapters of the Class of 2026. ✨

The Tuttle School proudly awarded Core Values Pins for “Community Through Connection” to Briarwood juniors Kia and Lilly and Briarwood sophomore Taylor. ✨
These three outstanding students volunteered at Tuttle Prom and helped make the evening unforgettable for everyone involved. From leading games on the patio to encouraging students onto the dance floor, they brought energy, kindness, and joy to the celebration. One of the highlights of the night was dancing along to favorite songs from High School Musical. 💙
Kia, Lilly, and Taylor consistently lead with compassion and inclusivity, creating meaningful connections and helping every student feel seen, welcomed, and celebrated.
Words have power, and Channing used hers to move an entire room. ✨
This spring, the Briarwood junior earned first place at the Alley Theatre’s citywide Teen Grand Slam Poetry Competition, competing against students from across Houston.
Through her award-winning spoken word piece, Channing explored the idea that kindness is not weakness, but strength. Her performance reflected courage, vulnerability, and the power of finding confidence in your voice.
“I see kindness as a strength because it does not damage, it heals.”

Big ideas, creative minds, and hands-on fun at our Lower and Middle School Engineering Fair! 💡⚙️✨
From imaginative designs to impressive builds, our students showed what can happen when curiosity meets creativity. We loved seeing them think, test, problem-solve, and proudly share their projects with our community.
The future looks bright around here.

From first days to final moments, last week our seniors gathered for a meaningful Briarwood tradition: Senior Breakfast. A time to pause, reflect, and look ahead.
The friendships, the growth, the challenges, and the memories made along the way have shaped who they are today. As they prepare to step into what’s next, we couldn’t be more proud of who they’ve become and all they carry forward. 💙✨
