Meet Our Team. Starting with the one and only, our Founder and CEO Trey Stone. If you’re not following his personal account, take this time to do just that.
Trey Stone is from the Greater Houston area, a man dedicated to the real estate investment world, namely multifamily investing, among many other experiences.
Maybe you haven’t heard of him in recent years, which has been exactly the point.
Deeply in tune with market cycles after weathering multiple storms, our Founder and CEO has been sitting out these last several years after selling off many investments at great times, adding around $139 M I L L I O N in value across over 20 deals, for more than 400 families.
As he has been getting back in gear, he’s been hearing from investor after investor who is struggling with current deals. Turns out, these investors bought into a dream at a tough time in the market, narrated by self-proclaimed real estate investment pros, who had no business selling such a dream to an investor at those times.
