We are motivated to support our public sector clients with a singular purpose – to accelerate positive outcomes for America’s students, workers and communities. Our work is ensuring vibrant school systems, a globally-competitive, future-ready workforce, and stronger local communities. We create measurable results through four core competencies: technical assistance & training, data analytics & vis
ualization, workforce development, and program management. Our proven frameworks and methodologies honed over years of leading teams at firms like McKinsey & Company and Fortune 500 companies enable us to execute projects to industry-best standards. The result is the Sanskrit meaning of "Safal": Good Outcomes. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE & TRAINING: We bring expertise in needs analysis, communities of practice, in-person and virtual coaching, instructional design and e-learning, and evaluation methodology. Our work builds capacity and innovation for federal agencies (U.S. Departments of Labor and Education, Department of Defense Education Activity), state agencies (Texas Education Agency, Rhode Island Department of Education), and philanthropic organizations (Exxon Mobil Foundation, Teach for America, Houston Endowment). DATA ANALYTICS & VISUALIZATION: We mine data to help clients tell compelling stories, identify growth opportunities, and make informed decisions. Our services include data collection, survey design, statistical analysis, and strategic insight generation, producing actionable intelligence for clients. WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT: Our workforce development teams are recognized for leading work in Registered Apprenticeship, workforce modeling, career pathway development, labor market information and sector strategy development, and WIOA policy and implementation. GRANTS & PROGRAM MANAGEMENT: We help clients accelerate impact and increase capacity via strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, systems efficacy and performance, coordination across investments, performance reporting, and more.

During this three-part webinar series, attendees will hear about four leadership indicators that were found in the Center’s recent review of 2020 state plans.
Part One will focus on the establishment of a collaborative state-level workgroup or a committee to the State Workforce Development Board (SWDB) with a focus on apprenticeship expansion. Establishing these groups or committees to the SWDB may indicate a deliberate effort to establish stronger statewide efforts to increase strategies and opportunities that are collaborative and integrated into and job seeker services within the system.
