Congratulations to Michael, our August Student of the Month!

Michael continues to set a great example for the students around him. He comes to class ready to work, gives his best effort, and consistently demonstrates the attitude we expect from our students.

What really stands out is his willingness to step up and help others. Whether it’s helping another student with their material, working with someone who needs a partner, or simply being someone his teammates can count on, Michael regularly takes the initiative to help those around him improve.

Being a martial artist isn’t just about what you can do yourself—it’s also about how you use what you’ve learned to help others grow.

🌟 July 2026 Students of the Month 🌟

Congratulations to the Mathis Brothers on being named our Students of the Month for July 2026!

This recognition reflects the consistency, dedication, and determination they have demonstrated. They continue to show up ready to learn, put in the work, and challenge themselves to improve with every class. Their progress is a direct result of their commitment to training and their willingness to give their best effort every time they step onto the mats.

They are also members of our Tournament Team, embracing the challenge of taking their training to the next level. Their commitment to excellence, both in daily classes and in competition, has accelerated their growth and reflects the high standard they set for themselves.

Perhaps the greatest compliment to their journey is the impact it has had at home. We are incredibly proud that their passion for training has inspired both Mom and Dad to begin their own martial arts journey at Cho’s. There is no better example of how dedication and enthusiasm can positively influence those around you.

The improvements they’ve made haven’t happened by chance—they’ve been earned through perseverance, discipline, and a commitment to becoming better than they were yesterday.

Saturday is PACKED and we’re ready to roll! 💪🥋

We kick things off at 9AM with our Cardio Chaos Camp — come ready to SWEAT and bring the energy! 🥵🔥

Then it’s time for our Saturday TKD lineup:
🥋 10:00AM – Adults

🥋 11:30AM – Tots

BUT WE’RE NOT DONE YET 👀

🏆 Tournament practice takes over the afternoon!
⚡ 12PM Spar Club starts us off, then we roll straight into general team practice at 12:45— and trust us… this one is going to be an absolute DOOZY 😤🔥

🥋🌟 STUDENTS OF THE MONTH – MAY EDITION 🌟🥋

A huge congratulations to our May Students of the Month, brothers Roberto (7.5) and Fernando (3.5)! 👏🔥

We are incredibly blessed to have these two amazing students as part of our academy family. Their enthusiasm for training, positive attitudes, and energy in class make every session better! 💪✨

Roberto joined us as a transfer student from another school, and we couldn’t be happier to continue supporting his martial arts journey. From day one, he’s shown dedication, focus, and a passion for learning that inspires everyone around him. 🥋🏆

And then there’s little Fernando! At just 3.5 years old, he was very shy and hesitant to even step onto the training floor. Now? We can barely get him OFF the mats! 😂🔥 His confidence and excitement have grown so much, and it’s been amazing to watch.

We are so proud of both of these young martial artists and can’t wait to see how much they continue to grow — both on and off the mats. Keep up the incredible work, Roberto and Fernando! 👊🌟

💥 9:00 AM – Cardio Chaos Camp summer prep challenge
Come ready to SWEAT. This is high-intensity, fast-paced, and designed to push your limits. If you’re looking to level up your conditioning, this is it. No shortcuts, no easy rounds — just chaos.

Lot happening today. We have all normal classes followed by spar club. Then at 1 pm is the color belt make up exam for those that couldn’t make last weeks exam. Finishing it off we have the final black belt bemchmark at 2pm for the spring cycle. Come get on the mats and have some fun
