This week, our fifth-grade Eagles had the pleasure of a special day at Moody Gardens, while our third-grade students enjoyed a show at Main Street Theatre! Thanks to our amazing PTA who sponsors these experiences!

We appreciate all the families who attended Mi viaje como escritor! ✏️ A special thank you to Helms PTA for kindly providing free tacos to everyone in attendance! 🌟 💫 Our teachers are phenomenal for helping our Eagles grow in the area of writing! 🌱🤩

Spring Writing Night: Mi viaje como escritor!📝✏️

Join us today from 4:30–5:30 PM to see our Eagles' growth in expressing their thoughts, ideas, and learning through writing!

This event is for all students PK-5th. Parents of students in first through fifth grade will rotate to each classroom their child has.

Immediately following the event, PTA will provide free tacos, nachos, + aguas frescas while supplies last!

The PTA will also be selling Helms Spirit Shirts for the 2026-2027 school year!
