Miller Outdoor Theatre represents the entire community that Houston has to offer, highlighting every corner of this city’s incredible cultural diversity…it’s FREE. The King Cole Legacy Experience is a one of a kind, theatrical concert tribute series that honors Nat King Cole and Natalie Cole. This concept was originally conceived by Houston’s own Horace Alexander Young. Young performed versions of this show with the Spokane Jazz Orchestra, The McCalll Summer Music Festival Orchestra, and appearances at Jazz festivals and venues in Albuquerque, Santa Fe and Kelowna, BC.
We will be featuring more information about Mr. Young’s extensive resume and that of his colleagues, Laura Jane Jones and Samuel Dinkins, III in the coming weeks.
We can’t wait to see you celebrating the Cole Family Songbook under the stars in June.
