We had a great time at the Heart of Texas Chapter dinner. We had a full house with the help of students , volunteers and members they had a successful dinner thank you for all your support and help.

We are taking nominations our annual TCA awards

-Chef of the Year, must be active member and ACF/TCA
Professional Culinarian or TCA Pro Culinarian

-Student Culinarian of the Year, must be active member TCA student

-Educator of the Year, must be active member in Chapter

-Pastry Chef of the Year, must be active TCA professional member

-Contributor of the Year, open to anyone who contributes to RGV Chapter

-Purveyor of the Year, open to any vender who is a major supporter of the chapter.
