Office Closure Announcement

Due to the impending winter storm, our offices will be closed on Tuesday, January 21, and Wednesday, January 22. During this time, we encourage everyone to prioritize safety and take necessary precautions as the storm approaches.

Winter Storm Safety Tips:
1. Stay Informed: Monitor weather updates and alerts from reliable sources.
2. Prepare Your Home: Keep faucets dripping to prevent frozen pipes, and stock up on essentials like food, water, and flashlights.
3. Drive Safely: If travel is unavoidable, drive slowly and carefully on icy roads, and keep an emergency kit in your car.
4. Stay Warm: Layer your clothing, and use safe heating methods to stay comfortable indoors.
5. Check on Others: Reach out to neighbors, family, and friends to ensure everyone is safe and prepared.

We will resume regular operations as soon as conditions improve. Stay safe and take care!

🚨 Campus Closure Alert: Due to the expected winter storm, all UHCL locations, including Pearland and the Texas Medical Center, will be closed on Jan 21 & 22. All classes and events are canceled. Stay off the roads and stay safe! ❄️☃️ Check back regularly for updates on our operations.

On Tuesday, January 7th, we are thrilled to welcome all new UHCL students for the Spring 2025 semester!

Please join us at Atrium I at 8 a.m.

Our Office will be accepting official transcripts/POB and marksheets during orientation. If you are unable to submit them at that time, you can also provide these documents to OIAP after orientation.
The program will begin at 9:30 am , at the Garden Room!
We’re excited to meet each of you and introduce you to UHCL’s facilities.
