Sometimes apologies are not really about being in the wrong, but about lack of confidence and more. Does this describe you?

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
We're excited to share that Margot Williams, LCSW, a therapist on our team, has partnered with a company called Journey Clinical to offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to appropriate clients. KAP is a safe, legal modality that pairs sub-lingual ketamine treatment with therapy sessions for deeper therapy, more frequent breakthroughs and better clinical outcomes. To learn more about KAP, visit: https://journey.click/education

KAP supports clients with preparation, dosing, and integration sessions, while Journey Clinical's medical team of prescribers handle eligibility, prescription, and outcome monitoring to ensure safety. She decided to offer KAP after witnessing how ketamine can be a powerful catalyst for lasting change.

If you or someone you know is interested in learning more about Ketamine- assisted therapy, please don't hesitate to reach out. Margot is offering a free 20 - 30 minute consultation to discuss KAP. Call 713-973-2800.

The DBT Center is growing! We're so thrilled to welcome Deja Hatcher, LMSW to our team.

Deja , a Licensed Masters Social Worker, has a passion for supporting adolescents, adults, and families in a safe, affirming therapeutic space. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Houston and a Master of Social Work from Howard University.

" i truly believe that therapy isn't a linear process, it's a layered one. You're not just talking about what's happening now. You're unlearning patterns, revisiting old narratives, and slowly building new ways of relating to yourself and others. That takes time, and that's okay."

Her background includes extensive work with teens in residential treatment settings, supporting young people navigating emotional dysregulation, depression, mood disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and maladaptive perfectionism.

"This population holds a special place in my heart, and I'm excited to continue that work here at the DBT Center.. My approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and trauma-informed care. As a trained DBT clinician, I create treatment plans that are as unique as you are. They are built around your goals, your story, and your pace."

"If you've been carrying a lot lately, this is your reminder: you don't have to carry it alone. I'm not here to tell you how you're supposed to feel. I'm here to walk alongside you, and together, we'll work toward something sustainable."

When she's not in session, you can find her hiking, weightlifting, traveling, or experimenting in the kitchen.
