Day of Service | University of Houston-Clear Lake Day of Service is UHCL's annual event in which students, faculty, staff, alumni and community members give back to the community through service. Formerly known as Community Outreach Day.

Have you ever wondered Why We Have Too Few Women Leaders?? Well, join us as we examine the causes of women's under representation in leadership roles in business, politics and education, and suggest what we can do to change the status quo.

Leadership Workshop Series | University of Houston-Clear Lake Our workshops are designed to give students a chance to explore difference concepts of leadership in and interactive way. Each semester, participants can chose from a variety of workshops that cover different topics of leadership.

The Hispanic Association of Colleges & Universities has scholarships available to students. More information about the scholarship below.

To be eligible to apply for one of HACU’s scholarships, students must be currently enrolled in a HACU-member institution (UHCL is a member) and meet all additional criteria for the program to which they are applying.

HACU uses one scholarship application for the several different programs it administers.

Program criteria will vary based on the requirements of the funding organization, e.g., specific major, level of study, college/university, region of the country, etc. Scholarship amounts also vary depending on the program.

To apply, go to: https://www.hacu.net/hacu/Scholarships.asp. Click the “Apply Here” link to create a profile. Once the profile has been created, you will be directed to an application form.

The deadline to apply is May 25.
