Faith doesn’t mean you’ll never struggle with anxiety, stress, depression, or feeling overwhelmed. It means you don’t have to face those struggles alone.

Prayer matters. Community matters. And professional support matters too. Seeking therapy isn’t a lack of faith. It is an act of wisdom, courage, and self-care.
