Free Sports Physicals Available for Student Athletes

The HISD Sunrise Center at West Orem will offer FREE sports physicals for student athletes preparing for upcoming sports seasons.

🗓 Date: Friday, June 5
⏰ Time: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
📍 Location: 5801 W. Orem Dr., Houston, TX 77085

Students participating should bring:
Memorial Hermann packet
Sports physical evaluation form (available through coaches)
Glasses or contact lenses, if applicable

Reminder: Texas students in grades 7–12 are required to receive the TDaP and meningococcal vaccines.
