Halloween is our favorite time of the year here at Kipling 🎃

We loved seeing all of our students and teachers in their costumes this week. At the Elementary and Middle school we spent the day doing all sorts of spooktacular experiments, from dissecting pumpkins to flying ghosts.

The Kipling School will be open for full-time, in-person learning for the 2020-2021 school year, beginning August 24th. We still have some spots available, but they are filling fast! Contact us today for more information on K-8th grade spots.

We take the health and safety of our Kipling students, teachers and families very seriously. As such, we have taken all necessary precautions in order to ensure a safe learning environment for everyone in our school. We are currently working to finalize our fall plan, which will include all details related to our heath & safety measures. We will have this information out to everyone as soon as it has been finalized. In the meantime, thank you for your patience and support as we carefully consider all facets of reopening.

We sadly, had to cancel our beloved 4th grade American Revolution Living History Museum due to Covid-19. So, our incredible 4th grade English and History teacher, Mrs. Kinat, went the extra mile to make sure her students were able to put on this event from home. We took our exhibit live on zoom and the students were able to put up their painted backgrounds virtually, dress up as their historical figure, and recite speeches to a live audience. Though it looked different this year, the event was a huge success! We are so proud of all the hard work that went into putting this together. Always amazed at what our Knights can do!

Before the pandemic, 4th grade was working on some pretty incredible backdrops for their American Revolution Living History Museum. We didn’t get a chance to hang these backdrops for the exhibits, but our wonderful 4th grade History and English teacher, Mrs. Kinat, took them home to photograph so the students could use them virtually. We launched our distance learning program this morning and it was a huge success! We are so lucky to have such an amazing team of above-and-beyond teachers and families. We are and we will get through this! @ The Kipling School

This weekend, we sent 2 teams to the Houston Area Regional Odyssey of the Mind competition..... and BOTH teams are advancing to the state competition, winning 3rd & 4th place in their divisions! We couldn’t be more proud!!! Go Knights!! @ The Kipling School
