Only a few days into our Tasty Trot preprogram, and WE ARE COOKING! We have registered 21% of our students and collected nearly $7,000! Reminder that our goal is to reach 80% registration and raise at least $100,000 to support teacher reimbursements, provide school support, finance student enrichment programs, and fund a new PA system.

ANY student who is registered by 11.59PM on September 17 will be entered into our Golden Ticket Raffle. 12 entered students will be chosen at random to win a $25 Amazon Gift Card. When we hit 50% registration school-wide, the PTO will provide a popcorn day for everyone!

To make things even more fun, the first 3 classes to 90% registration will earn a special treat! Sounds like a great reason to get on those class chats and encourage your classmates to register today! Check out our current class leaderboard below!

Just like Barbie, a Fall social can be anything! Hosts choose the theme, the date, the guest limit, the social type, and offer the experience as a donation to the school. Because hosts are funding the event, 100% of social proceeds benefit the Sinclair PTO!

This is a great way to build community, try new things and raise money for Sinclair!

We are currently accepting Fall socials through September 18! Simply head to the PTO website and submit via the Google form. PTO will take care of advertising, but feel free to spread the word! Socials can be super popular and sell out in minutes!

We love welcoming visitors to campus and September 14-18 we will celebrate Grandparent’s Week Lunch! Students are welcome to have their grandparents join them on their designated day during their regular lunch time.

9/14: Kinder
9/15: 5th and SLC
9/16: 2nd grade
9/17: PreK and 3rd grade
9/18: 1st and 4th

Please be aware this is intended to be a Grandparent lunch, not a parent lunch. Outside food is welcome but you may only bring food for you and your student. In order to accommodate the anticipated crowd, we do limit to 2 visitors/student. Visiting grandparents are not required to be VIPS approved but they will need to sign in upon arriving to campus. We do recommend arriving early as these days are very popular and parking is limited.

Registration for our Sinclair Tasty Trot is now open! 🚨Registration for Boosterthon opens TOMORROW! 🚨

As a reminder, at Sinclair, we work to invest thousands of dollars back into our staff, students, and school every year. To achieve this, our PTO does 2 major fundraisers - our Boosterthon in the fall and our Silent Auction in the spring. We do these large events in lieu of selling wrapping paper, cookies, popcorn, etc, and the funds we bring in are crucial to funding programs at Sinclair. In the Fall, we partner with Booster to put on an 8 day fundraiser. During our Boosterthon, we encourage students to register and receive donations while they learn character lessons. This year’s theme is Global Kitchen Quest and when our 8 day program kicks off on September 15 students will watch short videos where they will learn about Patience, Generosity, Creativity, Reliability, and Adaptability. The program ends on September 25 with our Grand Finale event, the Tasty Trot, where our students will complete 35 minutes of fun activities.

Save the date for Sinclair Open House, happening Wednesday, September 23 for Kinder, 3rd, 5th, and SLC and Thursday, September 24 for PreK, 1st, 2nd, and 4th. Both events will take place at Sinclair from 4:30-5:30.

Unlike Meet the Teacher, this is not a come and go event, teachers will give presentations to share what students have been doing and will do in class this year. Due to space constraints we ask that these are adults only events.
