From our friends at : This summer we would like to invite any female athletes and coaches interested in getting to know more about girls flag football to attend our summer workouts.

Workouts will be led by Coach TK LaFleur. We will have the occasional guest coaches who are very experienced in women's competitive flag football and college flag football.

Summer workouts will partially take place in our indoor weight room and our football field. These workouts are open to any athletes ages 11 and up. College athletes are welcome to join in.

Workout information:
Tuesday and Thursdays
6pm - 8pm
Female athletes ages 11 and up
Location - Legacy the School of Sport Sciences
