ATTENTION ALL SENIORS🎓
The Harris County Fair and Rodeo Scholarship window is officially OPEN!
If you're a graduating senior, an active FFA or 4H member and have exhibited at the Harris County Fair for the last 2 years, this is your chance to secure a scholarship for college or trade school! All those early mornings, late nights, hard work, and dedication can truly pay off!
To apply, you'll need to submit:
-An application with an essay
-A resume
-A letter of recommendation (if you're selected as a finalist)
-Participate in a finalist interview
DEADLINE: Applications must be submitted by 11:55PM on May 10th, 2026. Recipients will be recognized by mid June

Finalist will be notified approximately 2 weeks after submission deadline to set up their interview with the scholarship selection committee. We expect interviews to occur the last week of May.

Barn clean out day 🧽🧼
Show season is over which means now that the animals are gone it’s time to clean! Everyone who owned an animal must clean out their stalls and be in attendance, and if you didn’t you can still help tidy up the barn. We hope to see you all there!

Is that time of the month again, chapter meeting time! This time it’s a special occasion as it’s the first time our green-hand officers will step up to the challenge and actually host this chapter meeting, they put they’re effort into this so if you wish to support stop by. Anyways you know the drill by now, recap of the month, activity, food, and fun all mixed into one package!

The Madison Mile Cleanup! 🌸🧹
Organized by one of our amazing students, the Madison mile cleanup is to beautify the Madison mile (the outside of the school), you know get your spring cleaning in. This is a great example of community service and if you’re looking for community service work, consider dropping by and help us beautify our community!
