Eastwood families,

The PTO will be providing a holiday lunch for our wonderful Eastwood staff this Friday, December 19th. We still have a few open slots for donations needed, please review the signup genius link below and sign up for anything you can assist with. Please label any donations (PTO) and drop them off at the front office before this Friday (12/19th). The tray of rice and the tray of refried beans will need to be dropped off the morning of Dec. 19th. Thank you to those families that have already signed up, we appreciate you so much! 💕

**2025-2026 EASTWOOD ACADEMY ANNUAL DONATION DRIVE - NOW THRU OCT 31ST**

Family & Friends of Eastwood Academy, the Eastwood Academy PTO is excited to launch its Annual Donation Drive! This is the PTO's only fundraiser and will fund the majority of the 2025-2026 PTO Budget.

We ask all families and friends of Eastwood Academy to donate as generously as you can! Your generous donations will directly benefit and support our all our amazing students, teachers and staff. Every dollar, no matter the amount, counts and is appreciated!

Our goal is to raise $5,000 by October 31, 2025. If you work for a company that matches donations to nonprofits, please consider making a donation and requesting a match from your employer (our PTO is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization). 2025-2026 Annual Donation Form This is the Eastwood Academy PTO's biggest fundraiser! Funds raised will fund the majority of this year's PTO budget. Our goal is to raise $5,000 by October 31, 2025 through the generous donations of our Eastwood Academy family & friends and employer matches!

Please join us for our first PTO General Meeting of the year on Wednesday, Sept. 24th after Coffee with the Principal at 6:30pm at Eastwood Academy. In this meeting, we will hold elections for the 2025-2026 Executive Board and will also be approving our PTO budget for the year. All PTO members have voting rights.

Parents, we need you! Many of the current board and chair volunteers have graduating seniors and rising seniors which will leave many positions vacant. Please consider sharing your time and talent with the PTO.

Reminder - PTO Membership Renewal

Membership for the Eastwood Academy PTO must be renewed each year. The 2024-2025 membership is being decommissioned and replaced with the 2025-2026 membership list. To ensure you receive future communications directly from the PTO, please renew today!

Reminder – PTO Membership is FREE and open to Eastwood Academy families, staff/faculty and members of our community! Our membership goal is 100 members, and we need your help in reaching this.
