We will keep our strength and conditioning classes going a couple times a week now that school is back in. We will go Monday and Wednesday this coming week from 4:30 to 5:30. Just shoot us a message if you would like to attend and we will sign you up.

Tuesday at 1pm- 1 spots

Wednesday at 1pm- 2 spots

Thursday at 1pm- 2 spots
Thursday at 4:30- 4 spots

Friday at 1pm- 5 spots
