2 cups (200 g) rolled oats, chopped in a blender
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup (240 ml) milk of your choice

Scones recipe
Ingredients
โข 2 cups flour
โข ยผ cup sugar
โข 1 tbsp baking powder
โข ยฝ tsp salt
โข ยฝ cup butter (cold)
โข ยพ cup milk
โข 1 egg
๐ฉ๐ฝโ๐ณ Method
1. Mix dry ingredients โ flour, sugar, baking powder, salt
2. Rub in butter until crumbly
3. Add egg + milk โ mix to soft dough
4. Turn onto surface and lightly knead (donโt overwork)
5. Roll & cut into rounds
6. Place on tray and brush top with milk or egg
7. Bake at 180ยฐC for 15โ20 mins till golden
