Unfortunately, there are still students and teachers who do not have continuous access to wifi or data. Some have not been able to participate in online learning at all since the start of the "pandemic" because their parents cannot afford the resources needed.

Tools and Tutorials was created for students and teachers who have limited access to wifi or data and no access to a tablet/laptop/computer. The aim is to provide free resources and tools for teachers to create lessons on their phones that they can send to students who will download the lesson once (limiting their use of data), study offline and prepare their response offline using their phone.

In developing countries, the idea of unlimited data plans sounds like a pipe-dream and while most students have access to a mobile phone, some do not have access to a computer.
