Medical Assistant Instructor (PRN)

Position Type: PRN (As Needed)
Compensation: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Medical Assistant Instructor to provide part-time, as-needed instruction for medical assistant students. This role focuses on delivering hands-on skills training and classroom instruction aligned with entry-level medical assistant competencies.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging classroom and clinical skills instruction
• Teach core medical assistant topics (vital signs, injections, phlebotomy basics, EKGs, patient care, professionalism)
• Demonstrate procedures and supervise hands-on practice
• Maintain accurate attendance, grading, and student performance records
• Ensure compliance with program standards, safety, and professionalism

Minimum Qualifications
• Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
• Practical experience as a Medical Assistant
• Teaching, precepting, or training experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Schedule
• PRN / Flexible schedule based on class needs (evenings or weekends may be required)

Pay
• $18–$20/hour, commensurate with experience
