VOZDUKH workshops have been led in over 20 countries. These photos are from a workshop in Mexico! VOZDUKH project brings together contemporary art and society through the knowledge of the language of the body, its movement and expression.

VOZDUKH project is a modern theater and school of body practices, based on the pulse method developed by the project troupe. VOZDUKH method is about the outer and inner impulses, their origin, development and management. The intention behind following these impulses is to experience and connect with our true selves. 🤍

VOZDUKH SCHOOL PRINCIPLE 3: Be authentic! Let your true self shine, without trying to look good.

You have no idea just how you shine in your authenticity. Throughout the week, as we're working, running errands, picking up kids from school, going to school, we can lose ourselves in the chaos of life. We adapt to our environments, and sometimes that compromises our authentic expression.

It is such a gift, to have a space in which for 3 hours of your week, you can truly be YOU. And to be accepted and celebrated for who you REALLY are! You don't have to try to look good, when you let your true self shine!
