Come discover Tiny Tunes at our FREE Open House on Saturday, September 12 from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM at AMA Bellaire! ❤️💙

Tiny Tunes is our new early childhood music program for little ones ages 2.5–4 and their grown-ups, filled with singing, movement, rhythm instruments, musical games, imaginative play, and plenty of opportunities to make music together. 🎵

During our Open House, you’ll get to meet Ms. Mimi, our Tiny Tunes instructor, and join her for some of the songs, games, and musical activities families can expect during class! It’s a chance for your little one to explore, play, and make some music while you get to know the program and see if Tiny Tunes is a good fit for your family!

Our first Tiny Tunes sessions begin later in September, and space is limited! Give us a call today to join the waitlist and be among the first to register!

🎸 Are you ready to ROCK?! 🤘

This fall, AMAROCKS! is making its debut as a weekly ensemble program at American Music Academy 🎶

Designed for students ages 9–15, AMAROCKS! gives young musicians the chance to take the skills they’ve been building in lessons and put them to work in a real band setting. Students will rehearse alongside other musicians, learn to listen and play as an ensemble, build confidence on their instruments, and work together toward their very own live rock concert! 🎤🥁🎸

Whether it’s their first time playing in a band or they’re ready to build on previous ensemble experience, AMAROCKS! is all about making music together, meeting fellow musicians, and experiencing the excitement of taking the stage!

📍 American Music Academy – Bellaire
🎵 Mondays, Tuesdays OR Thursdays
⏰ 5:30–6:30 PM OR 6:30–7:30 PM
🗓️ Registration opens August 31

Space is extremely limited! Each band has room for only one drummer, two guitarists, one pianist, and one vocalist, so we strongly encourage interested families to join the waitlist before registration opens.

Please note: Students must have completed at least 6 months of private lessons and/or previously participated in an AMA summer rock band camp to enroll.

As we wrap up our third week of AMA Summer Camps, we're taking a moment to look back on the incredible memories we've made so far! ☀️🎶🎭

From our Little Stars Musical Theatre campers finding their confidence on stage to our first AMAROCKS! band learning to perform together, these past few weeks have been filled with creativity, laughter, new friendships, and so much musical growth!

We couldn't be prouder of every student who has stepped outside their comfort zone, tried something new, and shared their talents with us. Thank you to all of our amazing campers, families, and instructors for making this summer so special! 💙

With a Doctor of Musical Arts in Composition from the University of Houston and years of experience teaching students of all ages and skill levels, he brings both creativity and expertise to every lesson.

From first-time performers to seasoned musicians, we love seeing our students step on stage, share their hard work, and celebrate their growth through music. Every performance is a reminder of how much can be accomplished with dedication, practice, and a little courage.

A huge thank you to all of our students and families who took the time to share kind words, favorite memories, and heartfelt stories about our incredible teachers. We were overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support from our AMA community!
