A little about the director-

Born and raised in Fort Worth texas, i recently took a leap of faith and followed Gods direction which lead me to Houston Tx.

Since i was a little girl i knew i had a passion for taking care of people especially children. I’m the only girl of 4 boys so growing up i played the “care taker” role during many moments and i enjoyed every second.

I have been blessed to have become a mother of one amazing boy and i value treating every child income across as my own. I’ve been in child care for about 7 years and taken on almost every role within that category.

I pray for my continuing success and i am very thankful for your consideration of allowing me to fulfill your child-care needs.

Welcome! My name is Deborah Brown and a few years ago I was honorably discharged from the military without a clue as to what I was going to do next, I tried just about everything from administration to working in the medical field, but nothing stuck with me, it was then when I found myself in college observing the on-site daycare and witnessing the free and loving environment and having the opportunity to be a part of the start of everyone in this world's first learning steps is when I immediately knew teaching was my passion. One degree later, and I still love it the same way I did 8 years ago.

I grew up within a family of educators my aunt was the one who pushed me towards wanting to learn more about this line of work, she taught me all of the outs and ins of child-care and what being a child-care provider is really about.

I stand by my motto which is "When Communication is key, Learning is gained more easily", in a perfect world everything would come easy, but the first step is communication. It is my responsibility as a child-care provided to keep outstanding communication with not only my students but also the parents and any other persons involved. great communication leads to better understand as well as easier transitions of meeting each and every need of everyone.
