On Friday afternoon, we held our annual Field Day. The event kicked off with a lunch together, and then we had inflatables, basketball, pickleball, badminton, and even a spirited kick ball game out on the field to celebrate the end of a great school year!

Yesterday we celebrated our last Mass of the school year - the Solemnity of the Ascension of the Lord. We ended the Mass with an opportunity to recognize and thank Mrs. Calabrese who after the last two years of being our Theology Teacher and Campus Ministry leader, will be moving onto another school where her young children will be attending. Thank you for all you have done to enrich the faith lives of our students!

Last week, St. Peter Catholic was honored to host our donors and supporters for our 3rd Annual Scholarship Luncheon. We look forward to this event each year - as it is an opportunity for our donors to sit and enjoy a meal while getting to meet and converse with our students. Each year, our supporters comment on how much they love this opportunity, and also to see so many new faces each year as we continue to grow our enrollment. A new feature of the luncheon this year, three students gave reflection talks upon their time at St. Peter Catholic in regard to how the school has helped them grow in their faith, in their academics and learning, and in their friendships and community.

A special thank you to our continuing generous donors who were in attendance and who provided additional funding for the Financial Aid program at St. Peter Catholic. Thank you to the members of the Noto family - representing the The Gary Noto Golden Opportunity Foundation who for the last three years have donated a percentage of their family's annual golf tournament to support our mission. Thank you also to the members of the St Laurence Catholic Church Outreach Advisory Group for their continuing contribution to support our students and our Financial Aid program.

Our Parent & Guardian Association wrapped up our "Tiki Terrific Teachers" week last week with two fun events - a spin the wheel gift card drawing on Thursday, and a hot dog lunch on Friday. They even presented the school with a pinata they had made to represent our new Guardian mascot! Thank you to all the parents who participated and organized such a fun and thoughtful week of activities!

What an incredible evening at our Guardian Gateway New Family Welcome last night! 🌟💛

We were thrilled to welcome a record crowd of 30 new students and their families to the St. Peter Catholic community last night — making this our largest incoming class ever! From meeting future classmates and families to learning more about life as a Guardian, the excitement for next year was truly contagious.

We are so grateful for the continued growth of our school and the trust these families are placing in our mission of faith, excellence, and opportunity. The future is bright at St. Peter Catholic, and we cannot wait to see what this next chapter brings!

Applications for the 2026-2027 school year are still open, and we would love to welcome even more future Guardians to our growing school community!

Today's "Tiki Terrific Teachers" show of appreciation from our Parent & Guardian Association was a selection of sweet and salty treats set up in our work room for Faculty & Staff to stop by and help themselves to throughout the day. It also included a little floral display in a plastic cup - with slips of paper in the liner of the cup hand signed by all the students. Thanks for another great day of "Tiki Terrific Teachers".
