Hello everyone,

I hope you and your families are staying safe during the storm. Due to the severe weather, the gym is currently without power, and CenterPoint is projecting that the outage may continue through our scheduled class times this evening.

Because of this, classes will be canceled today. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but everyone’s safety comes first. Please stay safe and avoid the roads if possible.

We’ll be back on the mats tomorrow, and I look forward to seeing you then.

Hello, here is our updated schedule that we will be starting today. Kids classes start at 6pm instead of 5:45pm and end at 7pm instead of 7:15pm. Adult classes start at 7pm and end at 9pm Monday-Thursday.
