Are you using Essential Questions in your classroom?
Essential Questions vs. Exit Tickets.
Exit Tickets are a mix of formative and summative assessment. It really depends on how you use them.
I prefer Essential Questions because I can address the foundation skills that are needed to master other concepts across the grade level.
