Recently, we hosted another educational session for our clients. We hosted Gail Zitterkopf, a PT and program manager at Memorial Hermann Pelvic Health - Memorial City. She provided a very informative presentation on "Tips to Start Controlling Urinary Urgency and Stress Incontinence".

We had a fantastic turnout and a fantastic presentation today! Many thanks to Dr. Tova Alladice for sharing her expertise on addresses and preventing sarcopenia, also known as muscle loss with aging.

We enjoyed hearing from Jeanne Curcio today as she shared helpful ergonomic tips for setting up our computer workstations—at the office or at home—to help prevent strain and injury!
