We’re hiring a Director to join our team! 🙂
At The Learner’s Nest Academy in Red Oak Dr, Houston, Texas, we’re looking for a Director to oversee our school and make sure it is running effectively. Within this role, you will also manage the delivery of a quality early education program, while ensuring child safety and legal compliance are met at all times.
What You’ll Be Doing:
☑️ Recruiting, training, and retaining excellent staff for roles within our academy
☑️ Managing and supervising school staff, to ensure that company goals are met
☑️ Carrying out tours with prospective families to covert them to enrollment
☑️ Building a positive connection with parents through ongoing communication
☑️ May also be required to spend 10 - 15% of the day covering a classroom, as needed
What You’ll Need To Have:
🏫 Qualified Director status in Texas
🚌 A valid license to drive the company vehicle
🎓 High School Diploma (required), CDA (preferred)
🧒 2 - 4 years experience in licensed childcare, with 1 -2 years Director experience
