Fulbright is the U.S. government's flagship educational exchange program and provides funding for graduate studies, including Master's or PhD degrees. This covers tuition, required textbooks, airfare, a living stipend, and health insurance.

88 Pakistanis Selected for the 2025 Fulbright Program

Every year, selecting the Fulbright student cohort requires significant effort – and this year, too, was no exception. Our programs department received 1,190 applications from 135 universities across the country. Of these, 88 were selected: 70 for master’s and 18 for PhD programs.

Are you a scholar, faculty, researcher, or professional with a Ph.D. or terminal degree in your field? Apply now for the 2025 Fulbright Scholar Program.

The Fulbright Scholar Program funds up to 12 months of lectureship, postdoctoral research, or a combination of the two at a U.S. college or university. To apply for this program, you need at least one invitation letter from a U.S. university, which can be submitted either at the time of application or after you have been shortlisted for the grant.

The deadline for application is Wednesday, September 18, 2024.

The time allotted for the GRE General Test has been shortened to 1 hour and 58 minutes. The exam now has 46 fewer Verbal Reasoning and Quantitative Reasoning questions and only one Analytical Writing essay.
