Join us at the Spring Branch-Memorial Branch Library (930 Corbindale Rd. Houston, TX 77024) on Wednesday, June 3rd at 2:00 PM to learn to doodle dinosaurs! This program is for children ages 6-9. Siblings welcome!

In this class, Dalton Stark will share his personal process for doodling dinosaurs — encouraging creativity, and having fun with shape language to discover their own unique way of drawing prehistoric life.

Dalton is a Texas-based artist who loves drawing dinosaurs. His creature-focused artwork is inspired by a lifelong passion for paleontology, an appreciation for biodiversity, and a deep devotion to drawing.

He has created artwork for the prehistoric-themed coffee shop Cambrian Coffee as well as the Houston Museum of Natural Science, alongside his independent art practice where he brings ancient creatures to life in fun and imaginative ways.

This spring, 5 of our Explorers represented PSE in the Texas Elementary Art Meet, where they were awarded for their exceptional artwork! These students all scored the top rank, earning certificates and medals! I’m super proud of all of our artists, and especially excited when our hard work is recognized by others!
Way to go!!!!!!

Not too late to join us!

Every year, I help with a local Community Lunch for the friends and families who live close to PSE. I’m thrilled when PSE friends and students help share this time with our neighbors!

We start sandwich making at 10:30, then serve lunches from 11:30-12:30.
I will be more than happy to sign Honor society hours if needed 😁
All ages are welcome to join us!

Gessner Community Lunch - Chapelwood UMC Gessner Community Lunches are a simple way to meet and serve the community who visit our Gessner Road campus on a regular basis.
