Lately, I have been getting eczematic attacks on my upper eye lids. I often find myself waking up with swollen lids and it would affect my vision . Before, I had no choice but resort to steroid cream. I was always worried about using steroid especially around the eye areas. But ever since I learned about the power of ozone, I use it for everything!

Here, I applied organic Jojoba ozonated oil only one time this morning and by the afternoon, it is 95% gone!
So grateful to have a healthy, natural, drug free alternative.

Ingredients: ozonated jojoba oil

Other uses:insect bites, wound, oxygen mask for dark circles under your eyes. Everything!!!!!!

Eat food as medicine! Proper nutrition trumps genetics!

We often blame the lack of facial development ,crooked teeth and malocclusion on genetics. Rather, it is the deficiency of the three crucial fat-soluble vitamins A, D,K in the modern diet.

Vitamin K2-dependent proteins concentrate in the nasal septal cartilage of the fetus. Vitamin K2 depends on vitamins A and D for signaling, so all three vitamins are involved in the process of facial development.

One of the ways to help giving your body proper dose of Vit A is by eating liver. I explained to the kids the above information and let them choose to eat food ad medicine or eat medicine as food. They chose to eat liver rather than taking the supplements.

Dirty rice is a great tasty way to include liver in your food.

Recipe:
1 lb of finely chopped grassfed organic liver
3 cups of rice
3.5 cups of chicken stock
2 ribs of celery diced
1/2 large inion riced
Diced garlic
5 tsp of cajun seasoning
1 lb of ground pork of beef

Cook rice with 3 cups of stock
Sauté onion, garlic, celery until soften
Add ground meat cook for a few minutes
Add liver and rest of seasoning and cooking for a few minutes
Add remaining 1/2 cup of rice, stir
Combine cooked rice with meat and liver mixture. Done

CHICKEN PHO / PHỞ GÀ

It is nice to gather ingredients from your backyard.

The kids walked into the processing scene accidentally with chickens lying lifeless and bloody. We thought they would freak out. But to our surprise, they just said” oh, yummy!” “ We love natural foods”

The broth and meat flavor from a true pasture raised chicken vs a conventional one is night and day!

How can you see and taste the difference?
- pasture raised chicken’s fat has a beautiful rich yellow color vs white of the conventional . The fat can be used to flavor your dish in many ways.
- The skin of pasture raised is thin and crunchy vs thick fatty skin
- Meat is so sweet and flavorful

I dont care for chicken even organic ones from the store. Now, pasture raised ones, I devour.

Even my kids appreciate the difference.

Chicken Pho is so simple to make but does require some details especially the cooking time and method to give juicy meat cooked to perfection.

As with any broth, it tastes better if made in advance and have a few hours( 4-5 ) to settle before consumption.

Im in love with this Indian grocery store. They carry all the spices at great prices. It also nice , clean with friendly service. There is a vegetarian restaurant in it but I didn’t get a chance to try.

I came today in search for a food gum that Is sold for 10x more online!
Some of the deals I got today are:

1.75 lb of Raw cashew for only $8!
3 lbs of raw almonds for only $9
1 lb of extra hot chili powder for only $4!

And I got the best free gift ever! A stainless steel condiment tray with cover.

This is my new happy place and I will be back to explore some more!

Here’s what I made with the snails.

2 ways:

1) Snails stir fry with lemongrass, red chili, and lime leaves

2) Snails simmered in coconut milk, lemongrass and Vietnamese coriander herb.

Base ingredients for both dishes: ginger strips, garlic, salt, sugar, fish sauce

Key: soak, wash and scrub the snails many times until the soaking water is clear.

HUGE TIP: in the final soak, add smashed red chili pieces and soak for 30 minutes to 1 hr. The spiciness will force the snails to spit out all the slime.

Then drain the snails to let dry. Saute the garlic, lemongrass and ginger slices then add snails. Flavor with fish sauce, salt, sugar, coconut milk for the appropriate dish then let cook for 5-7 minutes. Add remaining ingredients the done.

I cant believe I just went through an intense 5 day , 12+ hr per day platinum speaker program training! I have never learned so much in a short period of time like this! I invested a lot into this education and is definitely worth it!

Cheap things are never valuable, valuable things are never cheap!

Went you start feeling like you’re hungry for more, you need to step out of your walls and look for an experience of a lifetime like this one.

The bonus is I got to meet incredible people and forming great relationships for life. Life is all about relationships!
