After being away for a season of rest, I’m back and feeling deeply restored.
As founders, we often glorify the hustle but rarely talk about the power of pause. I took an intentional step back because I realized that sometimes the most courageous thing we can do is rest.
In the margins of stillness, I’ve rediscovered parts of myself that got lost in the rhythm of building. It’s in these quiet spaces where vision gets refined and purpose gets renewed.
What I’m learning: rest isn’t passive - it’s a radical act of leadership. It’s not about stopping completely, but about creating space for what matters most to emerge.
I’m returning with renewed energy and clarity for what’s ahead. My season of rest wasn’t just a break - it was an investment in sustainability and deeper impact.
You can read more about my journey in my latest article: “The Sacred Art of Pause: What My Burnout Taught Me About the Power of Rest”
To my fellow founders: when was the last time you gave yourself permission to truly pause? Not just a weekend off, but real, soul-nourishing rest?
Excited to share this next chapter with you all.
