We created this game because we believe that young people need to be equipped with the necessary skills to successfully enter the workforce, and also need to prioritize their well-being. Mental health awareness and employability skills are two sides of the same coin!

With Learn2SWITCH, players will get to explore different scenarios that they may face in the professional world. They'll learn how to manage stress, communicate effectively, and work in teams. Plus, they'll have the opportunity to earn badges that showcase their accomplishments!

Learn2SWITCH™ is an EdTech company that produces a serious game focused on teaching employability skills and emotional regulation to 9th-12th graders. We provide a talent pipeline to four major industries: technology, oil & gas, aerospace, and healthcare. Our video game aims to teach our six core pillars of literacy, communication, adaptability, leadership, problem-solving, and professional etiquette by using a social emotional learning approach.
