A National Association of Professional Women member and founder of Pretty Girls Rock, to encourage women to do business together Prince has a very diverse and well-rounded professional background. A 1985 graduate of Kashmere High School in Houston, TX, she continued her education at Xavier University in New Orleans and obtained a Bachelors, Science Degree in Psychology/Social Work in 1990 at Lama
r University in Beaumont. In 1993 she furthered her education at Prairie View A&M University for graduate studies in Counseling.With a wide range of experience in Criminal Justice, she became the 1st Parole Officer to start a program called Voice Track in Harris County. She also encouraged gang members to turn their lives around, while educating the community on the ins and outs of gang life thru the Mayors’ Anti-Gang Office. She taught many classes including Life Skills, Job Searching Skills and Leadership Development and was a Mentor at Rice University (2014-2017). Ms. Prince has owned and manages several different companies. One in particular (Motivate Me, Inc) that focused on outreach in the community that encourages people to believe in themselves. She is a member of National Association of Professional Women and is a Certified Mediator. She is a Rotarian for the Bear-Creek Rotary Club. She has garnered honors for successfully completing workshops for Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. Prince has been recognized by numerous professional entities for her outstanding leadership and work ethics. She was also honored as one of Houston’s Top 30 Most Influential Women. Ronda Prince Professional career began in 1990 where she was employed as a Child Protective Service Specialist for TDHS (TX Dept of Human Services) investigating child abuse. In 1991 she became a Parole Officer for TDCJ (TX Dept of Criminal Justice), and in 1994 she became a Specialized Parole Officer (Electronic Monitoring & Voice Track). In 1997 she became an Agent Investigator for TBPIPSA (TX Board of Private Investors and Private Security Agency) investigating security companies and PI's. In 1998 Ms. Prince relocated to Oakland, CA where she took on the responsibility of managing and organizing a company name Products Unlimited, Inc. After returning to TX, she became an Employment Marketing Specialist for MHMRA (Mental Health Mental Retardation) where she taught interview skills, resume’ writing, self esteem groups, life skills and networked in the community to assist individuals with job search/job placement. In 2000 Ms. Prince became a Gang Intervention Specialist for the City of Houston (City Hall), under the administration of Mayor Lee Brown, where she worked directly with gang members. She taught gang classes to Law Enforcement, Educational Dept, Religious Organizations and Parenting Groups. Prince also held Anti-Gang Seminars for kids of all ages (Elementary-High School). Ronda Prince Entrepreneur journey began in 2001 when she started Prince Limousines, Inc. where she offered all her clients a Royal Ride. In 2004 she opened PayDay Distribution, Inc. distributing music. In 2006 Ms. Prince started Motivate Me, Inc where she encourages through motivational speaking engagements, including going out to High Schools and Universities. She also spoke at an event for the 2010 All Star Basketball Weekend in Dallas, TX. In 2009 she launched Numbers Made Easy, LLC where she currently manages the accounting books for 15 different companies, along with consult start-up companies. She owned Your Miracle Water, Inc selling Home Medical Devicesas a Health Awareness Advocate. She is currently Chief of Operations/Chief Finance Officer for both Rap-A-Lot Records, Inc. (34yr old record label) and Prince Boxing Enterprise, Inc. (manages professional boxers and amateur boxers). She has campaigned, helped to educate several Small/Medium Businesses, and launched an Organization for Women called Pretty Girls Rock to encourage more women to support, encourage and do business together. She currently has an investments company called Pretty Girls Investment Firm, LLC where she is an Angel Investor in Start Up Businesses. Her Business Ventures are continuous. Ronda Prince’s Motto is, “I am a student to life and class is always in. I appreciate the lessons from the past and look forward to the rewards of the future”. I am also on the 5th TIRZ Board for the City
I am also the Treasure of the Prince Square Civic Association. Several Honors and a Honorary Doctorate Degree from a Christian Leadership Academy
