Move over, Mrs. Currin…there’s a new kid in town! Price S. had the best time being the Head of Lower School for the Day. He read a Christmas story to second grade, helped out in Makerspace and Art, had a special pizza lunch with Mrs. Currin and Mrs. Breen, and even got to help Mrs. Reynolds call names in carpool. An action packed day for Price!

The cold weather hasn’t stopped our 5th grade class from enjoying the outdoor activities Camp Allen has to offer: canoeing, archery, and so much more!

The 4th grade classes went on a field trip to the Houston Museum of Natural Science earlier this week!✍️📖

The students visited the Hall of Americas exhibit as they continue to learn about early American history in their Social Studies class.

ROBS students and faculty had the privilege of meeting Commander Jon Fay of the United States Navy Flight Squadron—The Blue Angels.✈️🇺🇸

Commander Fay spoke to MS students about his experiences as a Blue Angel and answered questions about the infamous Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron. Huge thanks Commander Fay for visiting us today and for his service and dedication to our country!

The ROBS Advanced Orchestra put on quite the performance last night during their Fall concert! 🎻👏

We are so proud of this fabulous eighth grade volleyball team…they are HJPC CHAMPIONS! An awesome way to end a 13-1 season! Great job, ladies!

The ROBS girls and boys Cross Country teams competed in the 5th Annual FPR Speed Hay Bale XC Championships this past weekend!🏃‍♂️👏

The boys team placed 2nd overall, with 7th grader Asher Bravo breaking the ROBS record for the 3,000 meter run, ranking 7th place out of 323 boys. The girls team placed 4th overall, with 7th grader Taylor Synnott also breaking the ROBS record in the 3,000 meter, ranking 2nd out of 221 girls.

We our so proud of our athletes and their accomplishments! Go Raiders!

Awesome weekend for our 8th grade volleyball team…1st place in their division at the Houston Christian tournament! Go Raiders!

It was a great few days away for our seventh grade students and faculty…we’re excited to see them back on campus and hear all about it next week!

Harold and the Purple Crayon inspired our Preschool artists today, as they drew freely on the walls and ground in the M&M room to create their own world with a pen!

Canoeing, ziplining, archery, and more = a great first day at Carolina Creek for these 7th graders!

See You at the Pole is a global day of student prayer where students meet at the flagpole before school to lift up their friends, families, teachers, school, and nation to God. We could not have asked for a more beautiful morning to hold this prayer rally! 🙌

Thank you to everyone who joined us in kicking off the school year at the first ROBS back-to-school picnic, yesterday! We enjoyed seeing all of our students, faculty, church members, and ROBS families under one roof, and hope to make this a tradition in our community for years to come!

The three ROBS volleyball teams visited Kinkaid last night to watch the varsity team play! Kinkaid hosted a MS night where each of the teams were recognized by the school. 👏🏐

So proud of these 8th graders & their coaches - 1st place in the silver division at this weekend’s EHS tournament!

It was a big day on campus today…4th grade student council elections, a visit from HPD and HFD for our Kindergarteners, and clay angels in 1st grade!

Just one more week until we welcome students back to ROBS! To prepare for the 2022-23 school year, our faculty and staff participated in a prayer walk on campus this morning. Between 8 groups with 3-4 stops each, we covered the entire school - from Preschool, LS, and MS to the Commons, SLC, and Sanctuary - in prayer! We are ready for a great year!

Our fourth graders had the best time playing Pirates in their spring musical! We miss seeing these kiddos around campus everyday!

Flashback to the next to last week of school - our sixth graders loved their field trip to Galveston! Hands on experience makes Science come alive!

These fourth graders are headed to Middle School! But before they left, they did take some time to pass on some wisdom to the rising fourth grade. Can’t wait to see what these amazing classes do next year! Until then…happy summer!

First graders loved visiting with author Greg Pizzoli via Zoom today. Plus, they got a sneak peek at his brand new book Pizza! Our librarians are the best!

Rainforests, deserts, and tundras, oh my! Our fourth grade scientists built absolutely amazing biomes that reflect what they’ve learned about habitats, animals, food chains, and more!

Great work by our choirs and orchestra this week - we loved hearing what they’ve learned in 2022 at their spring concerts!

Our Premier Choir (and Mrs. Shipman!) had a great time singing the National Anthem at the University of Houston baseball game this weekend!

Lots of fun at Preschool Mother’s Day Tea today! We love our moms!
