I just redid my mission statement for 2024 evolving what I’m doing, how I’m doing it, along with who and how I’m serving them.

Here’s my mission statement:

With three decades of experience as a therapist-turned-coach, my mission is to revolutionize the way men communicate and resolve conflicts in their personal and professional lives. I empower men with the skills they need to tackle misunderstandings, disagreements, and conflicts as they arise. I believe that effective communication is the cornerstone of healthy relationships and leadership, and I am committed to helping men become confident, proactive communicators.

It's almost time to turn that calendar page! That can be both exciting and daunting depending on the TONE of voice that you use..... excited or filled with dread..
None of us know what the new year (or any day) will bring, so I'm going to encourage you to PURPOSEFULLY use the EXCITED tone of voice. Bring the energy with you about what CAN be..
