I just redid my mission statement for 2024 evolving what I’m doing, how I’m doing it, along with who and how I’m serving them.

Here’s my mission statement:

With three decades of experience as a therapist-turned-coach, my mission is to revolutionize the way men communicate and resolve conflicts in their personal and professional lives. I empower men with the skills they need to tackle misunderstandings, disagreements, and conflicts as they arise. I believe that effective communication is the cornerstone of healthy relationships and leadership, and I am committed to helping men become confident, proactive communicators.
