Each person has their own life and their own purpose.
Some build houses, others fly into space. But every person dreams, or at least dreamed in childhood. Dreaming is necessary. ... If you ask people what a dream is, the answers will be very different. A dream is something that inspires, that makes you go to the goal. I once dreamed of becoming a champion. Many hours of training, perseverance, clearly set goals - that's what gave me strength and led me to victory.
Creation of a new brand, a brand that will be the personification of both sports fans and professional athletes-is my new big dream.
Me and Shaf, who also had his own good old days in sports, have been planning to come up with an incredible new program with a certain message. We're halfway there, taking our game to the next level.
It is time to put our long-awaited dream into action with a new approach and some pretty exciting content. Stay tuned 👀

So today I would like to introduce on of the prominent champions in MMA history:
Anderson Silva-Brazilian mixed martial artist. 💪👊
From October 14, 2006 to July 6, 2013, he was the middleweight champion of the largest MMA organization in the world, the Ultimate Fighting Championship; held 10 successful title defences, and also has a string of 16 wins in a row in this organization, which is also a record figure. For his performances in the UFC, he managed to earn 12 bonus awards for the best knockout / pain / choke / fight in the tournament. 🥇Considered by the MMA community to be one of the greatest fighters in the history of the sport. ✌️

The answer depends on your fitness goals. Maybe you’re aiming to make your heart and lungs healthier, or perhaps you’re more interested in weight loss or weight management. Your priorities will determine your workout sequence, as well as how often you should be doing cardio or lifting weights.

Sport surrounds me almost from early childhood, in kindergarten, school, college. I chose it as my profession. Sport has a significant positive impact not only on my physical development, but also on my spiritual world - the world of emotions, aesthetic tastes and worldview.
Sport gives me great opportunities for self-improvement, self-expression and self-affirmation.
My work as a sports coach is one of the most difficult activities.
The success of an athlete is largely due to the style of leadership on the part of the coach.
The level of knowledge, skills and abilities, authority, love for the sport and the ability to cultivate perseverance in an athlete are the main features of a good coach.
In order for the actions performed by an athlete in the process of training to become stable, reliable, they must be formed into a system of skills.
I am trying to constantly improve not only my practical skills, but also review records of outstanding fights and make special notes on fighting techniques and fighting tactics.
