For the past Brown Bag Colloquium, Chia-Hao and Josh delivered excellent presentations 👏
Chia-Hao shared his very interesting working dissertation ideas on “Rethinking Work-Life Balance in the Context of Precarious Employment.”
Josh presented “How Safety Cues Impact Neurotypical Employee Inclusion of Autistic Individuals” as part of his SIOP preparation. Great job, you two! 🎉

🎉 Huge congratulations to Dr. Ally St. Aubin on successfully defending her dissertation! ✨
Her research, “Technology Implementation and the Job Demands-Resources Model: A Dynamic Consideration of Adjustment Trajectories,” offers valuable contributions to the field of I-O Psychology. 👏
A special thank you to her dedicated committee for their mentorship and support: Dr. Bradley Brummel (Chair), Dr. Kaylee Litson, Dr. Paras Mehta, and Dr. Elizabeth Rodwell.
She shares the following heartfelt acknowledgments:
“I first express deep appreciation to my advisor and chair of my committee, Dr. Bradley Brummel, for his indispensable guidance and support. I am also grateful to my committee, including Dr. Kaylee Litson, Dr. Paras Mehta, and Dr. Elizabeth Rodwell, who generously provided their time and expertise.

Her research, “Coping under pressure: A longitudinal field study of personality, coping strategies, and workplace outcomes,” makes a meaningful contribution to the field. 👏
A big thank you to her outstanding committee for their guidance and support: Dr. Bradley J. Brummel (Chair), Dr. Kaylee Litson, Dr. Denise L. Reyes, and Dr. Sara J. Perry.
Ivy is celebrating this milestone with a well-deserved trip to Europe! 🌍✈️
